The property has several large outdoor clearings, perfect for hosting a range of events - from fine dining, to live-music and anything in between.
Additionally, Studio 1’s 52m2 live room can be utilised for smaller functions such as presentations or intimate performances.

Our studio is surrounded by some of Australia’s most beautiful natural landscapes and is positioned on a 25-acre property neighbouring the Strickland State Forest. Despite this, the studio is only a short 5-minute drive to the local shops and just an hour out of Sydney. The studio has attached accommodation, perfect for both the night-owl and early-bird music makers. The accommodation comes equipped with a large kitchen, BBQ area, living area as well as pool and spa access.
